How can I place an order?
Orders are delivered from Monday to Saturday between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Before delivery, we contact the customer to arrange a convenient delivery time. The driver has a set route and it is not possible to order him for a specific time.
Can I pay on delivery?
Products that are in stock do not require prepayment. In some cases a small deposit is required. Products that are made or ordered to order require prepayment before delivery.
Yes, orders can be collected from our warehouse in Mullingar.
What is the delivery time for an order ?
Product IN STOCK – avilable in our magazynie can be delivered within 5-10 working days (depending on location – flat packed for self assembly) If your order needs assembly service waiting time can be little bit longer.
Please note our furniture are imported form EU so waiting time of the furniture, which is approximately 3-5 weeks depending on stock with the manufacturer. We make every effort to shorten the waiting time for furniture.
Does the driver carry furniture?
We do not bring parcels up the stairs without the assembly service….
Deliveries to flats or apartments to the building doors only.
Is hard furniture delivered assembled?
The furniture is delivered in packages for self-assembly. The set includes assembly instructions and all necessary fittings.
Can the driver help assemble the furniture?
Assembly service is a separate, additionally paid service and must be agreed in advance!!!
What is the waiting time for a wardrobe, chest of drawers, wall unit, etc.?
Wardrobes, kid’s triple bunk beds, wall beds – if they are in our warehouse, are delivered within two weeks from the moment of order confirmation? If an item is out of stock from our warehouse, we try to obtain it from the manufacturer’s warehouse as quickly as possible, in which case the order processing time may be slightly longer.
Do you ship furniture abroad?
Unfortunately, we are unable to organize furniture transport outside Ireland. You can pay for your order online via card, bank transfer. No.
